About Backup Report Audits
We do a monthly report and audit of your Backup Projects. This includes checking your connections, folders, attachments, and providing details of your backup projects.
Report Audits Include
- Verifying your Airtable account connection is valid
- Verifying your storage account connection is valid
- Displaying storage amount available in storage drive
- Verifying your Folder destination is still available and valid
- Displaying the number of Airtable bases, tables, records, and attachments in each project
- Verifying Attachment upload status, including how many are in process and how many have been uploaded
Report Audit Frequency
These audits begin right when your first backup begins. Then, the audit runs every month across all your Backup Projects.
Review Backup Report
The most recent report audit is listed on the Summary tab of your Backup Project.
You can find previous report audits on the Backup History tab, then click Show Audit next to the Backup you want to review.
Email Reports
An email is sent to you each month once the audit is completed with the report details.
